Okta Securities Litigation

If you purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded Class A common stock of Okta between March 3, 2022, and August 31, 2022, inclusive, you may be entitled to a payment from a class action settlement.

If approved by the Court, the proposed Settlement will create a $60,000,000 fund, plus earned interest, for the benefit of eligible Class Members, after the deduction of any attorneys’ fees and expenses awarded by the Court, Notice and Administration Expenses, and Taxes.

Submit a Claim Form by October 29, 2024	This is the only way to get a payment.
Exclude Yourself by October 18, 2024	Get no payment. This is the only option that allows you to ever bring or be part of any other lawsuit against Defendants and the other Released Defendant Parties about the Released Plaintiffs’ Claims.
Object by October 18, 2024	Write to the Court about why you do not like the Settlement, the proposed Plan of Allocation, and/or the Fee and Expense Application. This will not exclude you from the Class.
Go to a Hearing on November 8, 2024	Ask to speak in Court about the Settlement at the Settlement Hearing.
Do Nothing	Get no payment. Give up rights.
